Daily Fresh: Interim, Thrift Boutique

Thrifting is something I've always considered cool. Unfortunately, with my attention span rapidly decreasing by the minute, I simply don't have the patience to spend hours sifting through racks to maybe find one garment. For this very reason, I have never been a big fan of TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, or whatever other discounted retail store is out there...too much work to do. I'll just continue to take my chances at Gap and call it a day. But despite my lack of persistence, it's becoming quite obvious that thrifting is once again becoming popular. The video above was made over a year ago but it gives an inside look at the "why, how and sense" driving the creativity of the creators of one of Brooklyn's newest clothing stores. Interim, a store dedicated to "the art of re use", had its grand opening last weekend. Basically, they do the thrifting for you and bring their latest and most interesting finds into their boutique. This will definitely be a stop when I make my next trip to NYC.

Special thanks to Danielle for putting me on.
