Shep's new favorite.

If Shep and I were to stand side by side, one would think I had the bigger appetite when it comes to food. Though I love an occasional fried fish and cabbage dinner with a side of red rice and mac 'n' cheese, the homie Shep's appetite is beyond belief. He and I were roommates for two years, and I swear, it took me that amount of time to get him to eat healthier(Shep's favorite dinner after work: apple sausages and Heineken). I've succeeded in the healthy part, but there's no slowing him down on the number of times he eats a day.

After a day of interviewing, Shep's spidey sense picked up some "yard bird" next door to Pinz-n-Needlez. The rest...well you'll have to see for yourself. But this video is classic Shep everyday. Hip hop. City Life. fashion. Books. Food. Food. Food. Beer. Though I'm happy he's eating more for his body, I'm envious of his metabolism.

Shep's favorite food...well...what else but chicken. Not only is it chicken, it's now jerk chicken...his new favorite.

Even though I joke with the homie, some of our best convos and funniest moments have come over a meal.
