Motion Music!!!! Workout 1st thing in the a.m., on your lunch break or in the evening!!!

Let's spring forward in a major way. Here's a Basic-Traning Drill that will get you moving, with a soundtrack to keep you motivated.."love for the people y'all!!!"
WARM UP: A simple jogging in place for two minutes with jumping jacks will get the blood flowing for a kick ass workout. Calisthenics replace stretching.
HERE'S THE WORKOUT
  1. 10 Body squats
  2. Sprint for 40 yards or for 5 seconds on a treadmill at an interval of 6 or better
  3. 10 pushups
  4. Sprint for 40 yards or for 5 seconds on a treadmill at an interval of 6 or better
*That's round one, rest for as long as you need; repeat until you've done 10 rounds..BE ALIVE!!!!!
