Building Summer...

As previously stated, The Sovereign Space will be working with two of DC and Philly's finest photographers, I had the opportunity to spend an entire day with Poot and Corey in Adams Morgan. Humbled by Corey's request(of The Sov Space) to capture he and Poot's upcoming projects, I felt the need to be on my "A-game"(whatever that is). Seemingly enough, as much as I see artists in a somewhat epic and immortal perspective, it was awesome(and scary at times) the like ideals and beliefs we all shared. While having a few drinks on the roof top, we spoke of everything from the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade to Indica vs Sativa.

This day was particularly special because Corey and Poot had a photo session previously scheduled for that day and wanted the Sovereign Space to get 1st dibbs on the exclusives...and did we ever!!
From the roof top to the staircase...to the construction tractor...to the random alley...to Kalorama Park...to the car(chronic break)...to fixing Poot's bike chain...to catching the last 5 minutes of the Heat vs Celtics game...to a random carry out in a random NW DC gas station....
needless to say, I had a fucking blast last night!!!!
