Creative Alliance's "A Love Suprimo" (Baltimore)...
My perception of vinyl is grease popping..audio-tronics record players giving me sounds of "Night Shift" by the Commodores. As a young grammar student it was a record player that was key in my music class..no trumpets..no drums, the record player gave us sounds of the slave trade-no old McDonald and yankee doodle..lol.
Accompanied by Jamaal on Thursday we ventured out to revisit our perception of sound at the Clementine at the Creative Alliance. Jack Moore, aka El Suprimo whom we met over a six pack of Guinness Black Lager and vinyl of every genre laid out a small portion of his colossal collection via his record store El Suprimo Records(indeed record stores still exist!!). All of this past time joy over
We will return to this groovy spot, for all things ALIVE from the arts to design and a touch of great nice grub check out http://creativealliance.org/
