One of my favorite tattoo artists. Here, 'Toon speaks on why he chooses to do black and grey tatts only, and the Los Angeles tattoo culture. Equipped with pin-up girls, low riders, and penitentiary-styled lettering, Cartoon has coined a style of tattooing that has crossed continental boundaries. True independence.
