Khari Ferrari.

Khari Ferrari is a seasoned musician. I still remember the day I "discovered" him. The Roots Game Theory was in heavy rotation and "Clock with No Hands" was one of my faves. When I found out Khari was the producer behind it, I knew that I needed to hear more from this guy. I ended up meeting him once, back when he was a member of the now defunct band Nouveau Riche. I spoke to him very briefly on a U st. sidewalk shortly after a J*Davey concert. He struck me as a very lowkey character that was more concerned with mastering his craft than accepting the notoriety associated with producing music for the legendary Roots. So when I found out that he was releasing his own EP, I was both excited and surprised. With Khari, "Mr. Ferrari" finds himself stepping into that spotlight and emerging as a vocalist...a pretty damn good one at that. Check it out below and if you have $5 to spare, support good music.
